The Uni-Kit Epson Chip Resetter V3.0 will reset the newer Epson T077 / T078 series 9-pin inkjet cartridges as well as all older 7-pin cartridges back to full specs.
The Uni-Kit Chip Resetter for Epson cartridges will reset the "smart chip" on Epson cartridges multiple times.
Reset cartridge chips to factory specs, showing full ink levels and providing the same number of cycles as when the chip was new. This device works indefinitely and can be extended by simply replacing the 3 small batteries the same way you would replace a battery in a wrist watch.

* VERY IMPORTANT: The models marked with an asterisk use a new generation Epson chip (9-pin chip). This resetter will reset these models as long as the original chip still registers at least 25% when you reset it. DON'T allow the ink level sensor to drop below 25% when you reset these new generation chips, as doing so may render the chips useless. This caution does not apply to the older generation chips that are not marked with an asterisk, which use 7-pin chips.
There are other new generation models (such as the Epson T069 series cartridges) that can not yet be reset, if you have these models please look out for an upgraded version of this Resetter in the future.
