Recently ordered a QMS 2400 black toner refill and received a plug cap for the toner cartridge. Previously, I have ordered the color toners (3) (quite awhile ago but just got the instructions e-mailed to me) and did not receive the plug caps. So I didn't know I was supposed to get them until I received my recent order. Could you please send me three plug caps so I can properly refill the toners.

The qms 2400 cartridges have their own plugs, customers remove the original
plugs and can put the original plugs back after they refill.
For some trial period, we have included replacement plugs
as an extra in case customers damage the
original plugs
Therefore you most likely do not really need them.
But if you happen to damage the original plugs
please let me know and we will send you a few.
